Based on context clues from the bible and actual history (The date of the census, the usability of roads, the grazing habits of shepherds, Herod's slaughter, the date of the "Feast of Tabernacles") this is the proposed--but not verifiable date!.
And as a note, before the Dec 25th date was popularized, Christ's birth was celebrated on the following dates at different times in history:
May 20th, March 28th, April 2nd, November 18th, January 6th,
In Rome December 25 was made popular by Pope Liberius in 354 and became the rule in the West in 435 when the first "Christ mass" was officiated by Pope Sixtus III!.
So, yes, I am going to have to say no, but we cannot say for sure when his birthday is!. ^_^
