Answers:
The planets move through the constellations in the sky!. When you are born their positions are particularly important and act as the astrological "reference point!." It's called the Natal Position!.

But they don't stop moving when you are born!. Their continued movement is called "transit"!.!.!. when they move into a position that influences a postion from your reference point ("the Natal chart") - at that time the transit is "important" and generates a marked effect!.

A "progession" is when you take a Natal chart and calculate what it will look like at some point in the future!. Basically a progression is just an entire chart of the entire transit sky at a given moment in time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Progression is like your yearly chart!. You use days to represent for years!. 1 day = 1 year basically!. So let's say you were born on December 21, 1988 and you're 20 years old now!. You would add 20 days onto your initial birth date, so your progressed chart would be on January 10, 1989!. Transits are like the daily forecasts that meteorologists give you on the news, but instead of weather you see the planets, their placements, and aspects!. You use progressions and transits to compare and contrast with your other charts like your natal, progressed, and the daily transit chart!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
