How to tell a rich man from a poor man?

Well, my 7th grade teacher said you have to look at their lawns.
A nicely manicured and decorated lawn [during the holidays] show that the person is wealthy enough to take care of their lawn.
Yeah...ooh!
I have a rock garden.

But that's besides the point.
Anyway, people who are wealthy show it.
Most of the time.
Or...check their shoes.
That's what my friend said.
