A bucket full of whatever awful stuff you want to drop on someone is placed at the top of a door that is ajar (partially open) and leans against the wall for support. The victim comes through the door and the bucket falls spilling the contents on them.
Caution: These days, if the bucket hits the person, you might be cited for assault and battery and if injury occurs the property owners could be found liable in a court. Not everyone has a sense of humor these days and money is a powerful lure to forget friends and acquaintances.
