Anyone want to solve a riddle?

ok, I've got a few for you! guess and I'll chose as best answer. they're kinda easy. here it goes!! (if you like, please show me with a star ;) tee hee. thanks!!)

1.
A bus driver was heading down a street in Colorado. He went right past a stop sign without stopping, he turned left where there was a "no left turn" sign, and he went the wrong way on a one-way street. Then he went on the left side of the road past a cop car. Still - he didn't break any traffic laws. Why not?


2. A kid visits a carnival and a man says if he writes this kids exact weight on a peice of paper the kid will owe him 50 bucks, and if he doesn't, the child will get 50 bucks. So, the kid figures that he can just lie about his weight, so he agrees. But somehow the carnival owner gets the 50 bucks... how is this?

1. He was walking
2. The man did exactly as he said he would and wrote "your exact weight" on the paper.
