ok, so what the heck is a scouser, i have figured out that it has something to do with England, but who are they? is it like a derrogitory saying, or a race?

uumm..sweet 114, I have read like 5 jokes that had the word scouser in it, and i didnt get them..

It's a person who is a native of Liverpool, England.
