Answers:
I copied these letters and adjusted the font size and style of font in order to determine the error. From this standpoint, it is conceivable that the W+V argument could be used for the three V's, but that is a stretch. So is the "I's" for "little L's" argument. You could inject a bunch of social discussion into this too, about how KKK is a mistake, etc., but as far as the list as you presented it here, there appears to be no error other than the alphabet is not usually written three letters at a time, unless the person is a stutterer.
