Riddle 2!!!!!!!!!?

there are 3boxes,
1labelled APPLES
1labelled ORANGES
& 1labelled APPLES&ORANGES

the boxes are closed and you cant see inside them,you know that they are not labelled correctly,you are allowed to remove one piece of fruit from one box!
which box do you choose and from the resulting item how do you correctly label the boxes?!!!!!!

you can only remove one item and look at that item only,you are not allowed to look inside the box that you remove it from!

pick from the apples&oranges box. Whatever you get is what that box is. For example if you pull out an apple that box only contains apples. As we know all of the boxes are incorrect, the box labelled apples must be oranges (It can't be apples & oranges or the box labelled oranges would be correct) and therefore the box labelled oranges must be apples&oranges.
