I used to work on at a mental health facility and there was this rather odd black man who was a patient there..
He didnt seem like he belonged there so I, one day asked him what he was in here for.
"Well, back in New Orleans, I was working on a huge river barge on the ole missisippi. One day while i was working I got a glimpse of a human head floating down the river. Now I got real scared and grabbed a net and picked this head out of the river. and wouldnt you know it, It was a man's head with a note inside of his mouth. I took the note out of his mouth and the note said......................
what did the note say?..
