Short changed??
three guys in a bar order food and drinks, the total bill comes to £25. the bartender being a helpfull sort tells the three guys to pay £10 each and he will sort the change. All three guys agree. The bartender keeps £2 of the change himself as a tip and gives each of the thee guys £1 change. All this adds up to the £30 payed (£25 paid for bill + 3 x £1 for the guys + £2 for the bartenders tip = £30). My problem with this is --- each guy paid £10 and recieved £1 as change, so in affect each guy paid a total of £9, £9 x the three guys = £27. Add to this the 2 quid in the bartenders pocket the total opnly adds up to £29!!! wheres the missing quid???
