I was addicted of TV during my college days ,i use to watch tv during my exams also that to for 3-4 hrs daily but kept in my mind to not let my studies get effected by it
Now a days i get bored of every thing very easily & now i haev freedom of doing what ever i want so no addiction now.
Useualy u get addicted to things which u like too much & u dont have freedom to do that.
