You know, most Asian jokes really aren't offensive. We lucked out when it comes to stereotypes. I have a few, though.

A tourist from China is traveling to America for two
weeks. Hegoes to the bank as soon as he arrives to exchange his Chinese money for American money. He gives the teller 1000 yuan, and the teller in turn gives him $150.
A week goes by, and the tourist is out of money, so he goes back to the bank. He gives the teller another 1000 yuan, but this time the teller only gives him $125. Seeing the difference, the man angrily asks the teller in his broken English why last week he received 150 dollars for the same amount of money.
The teller replies, "Fluctuations."
Insulted, the tourist yells, "Well fluck choo crazy Americans too!"

A man is walking down the street and notices a sign that says "Hans Schmidt's Chinese Laundry." He enters and is greeted by an obviously Chinese man who introduces himself as Hans Schmidt.
"How come you have a name like that?" the man asks.
The Chinese gentleman explains that when he landed in America he was standing in the immigration line behind a German.
When asked his name, the German replied, "Hans Schmidt."
When the immigration officer asked the Chinese man his name, he replied, "Sam Ting."

(..are there any Chinese jokes that aren't based on ChingChangChong or accents? I'd like to hear one.)
