I need help. I am on the part where I am the turtle and am in the kitchen. I am supposed to pick up the garbage and put it in the rings. I can't reach the rings!!! I went though the was thingy and managed to find that one, but I can't do the rest. Help Please!!

I figured it out and no it has nothing to do with a 'super jump' as suggested below.
