One politician standing on the chair holding. the low-energy light bulb.

Two politicians (one on each side of the chair) to hold the chair (with the standing man) while turning the chair in circles.

Then the last politician would be the supervisor watching that no FDA or EPA regulations are being violated.

Oh wait. Five are needed. The 5th one would be a pencil-pusher who completes the work-order and files the weekly status report. i dont know 11? IDK... Enough to power the rest of the light bulbs the world over. A lot, cause all are DIM witted! 100 george bush. 1 to screw it and 99 to figure out what is low energy? Can we invade it and take their oil? LOL !!
