of the yacht has rungs that are one foot apart.at low tide there are ten and a half rungs showing. If the water at high tide has risen two an a half feet , how many rungs are visible?

Answers: 10 and a half, as the ladder and rungs will rise with the boat as it rises with the tide..positive buoyancy! the greatest thing since sliced bread!! 10 and a half. i like to picture an all female crew Ten and a half. The yacht will rise with the tide I think 10 and 1/2 Oh dear, that's a hard one. Was it in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere? 10 1/2 rungs... It's attatched to the yacht. Saw it coming ;) many ha u nearly had me there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
