Cause he was the Grim Reaper? it was romeo and the person he touched was juliet, and she wasn't dead just pretendin 2 be dead & he had already taken his poision & it was just at that moment that he touched juliets hand that the poision kicked in and she awoke the guy didnt touch the dead person with his hand but with his foot as he tripped over the dead person and then he chocked to death on the peanut that he was eating because the dead guy had a grenade in his hand and it exploded as he touched the dead guy and they both blew up.
