Question: 3 people are on a road trip and go to a Motel for a night, the guy at the front desk tells them it's $30 for the room, so they each give the guy a $10 bill and he gives them the keys. Later on the guy realizes that he overcharged them, he was supposed to charge $25, so he gives 5 ones to a bell man and tells him to take it to their room. When he gives it back each guy takes one dollar and then they give $2 to the bell man as a tip. So each guy has now paid $9 each for the night. Here's the kicker $9 times 3 people is $27 plus the $2 for the tip makes $29 so where did the other dollar go?

okay, when i do the math, I don't quite understand it....why is everyone saying that the money is all there? You all say you get it, but no one has been able to EXPLAIN IT.
