'cause he was a dumbass, who dropped out of college to work part time at the motoplex to pursue his dream of being a monster truck driver, only to horribly break both arms in a snowmobile accident while on vacation in New Mexico. He was never able to get his arms properly aligned again and was completely incapable of driving ever again. Ronald fell into an alcoholic haze for the next six months, until he eventually got cirhosis of the liver and was wheelchair bound. He is waiting for the 'dont walk' sign to change, so he can roll his a ss down to the post office to pick up his wellfair check.

Because he had put up a petition on putting up an 'Animal Crossing' sign and it was not approved. He doesn't want to be in the legacy of one of the versions of the infamous chicken / rooster run-over by a truck story.
