Answers: A man with no eyes,
Saw plums on a tree.
He did not take plums
And did not leave plums.

How could this be?

The solution lies in the use of plural nouns.
He did not have "eyes", he had one eye. He saw two plums on the tree, and took one. In other words, he did not take "plums", and did not leave "plums".

Uhm. He had one eye? And there were two plums. He took one and left one. But it wasn't plural.

He ate them!

a man with one eye saw two plums ate one

he had no arms too. so he didn't take the plums because he couldn't reach them. he also had explosive diarrhea

maybe he has no potatos because potatos have eyes other then that i would have to guess that he got a chainsaw and dwung at the tree and sawed the plums leaving no plums left that was my weird but resonable guess

if all else doesnt make sense i agree with denise the plurals like instead of having "eyes" he had a "EYE" and instead of taking "plums" he took a PLUM and instead of leaving "plumS" he left a PLUM

He saw plums on the tree...
Then lost his eyes...
Then he couldn't take or leave or do anything with them because he couldn't even see them!
