When somebody has just finished their big presentation and says "Any questions?" Be straight in there with "Do you do Children's parties?"
Look for things and situations around you as a springboard for jokes. It works for me, atleast some of the time. They call this using props. If you've ever seen any old Red Skelton shows, you will find that he was very good at it...
How about: Money may not buy me happiness, but I don't mind being sad in alot of really nice places...
