Question: A man is about to go to sleep. He goes upstairs and turns of the light and then comes back downstairs goes to his room and goes to sleep. The next morning he wakes up goes upstairs and turns on the light. He goes back downstairs, goes outside and picks up the morning newspaper. He takes it back inside and sits down at the table to read it. After he's done reading it, he takes out a gun and kills himself. Why?

Edit: I already knew about him being a lighthouse keeper and a ship crashing because he turned off the light. I just thought a funny answer would be good this time around.
