Question: This may sound daft but Iam phoning up for a job tommrow. Iam shitting myself because Iam crap on the phone even though I have phoned up for loads of jobs in the past.

hi wendy, dont worry you will be fine, what i always do, make a list of the questions that you think they are going to ask you, and another list of the questions that you want to ask tham, that way you wont forget any thing, best of luck for tomorrow, catch you soon blue

When you make your call have yourself dressed as if this were a face-to-face interview, i.e. clean appropriate clothing, teeth brushed, impeccably groomed, resume/portfolio handy, etc. That way confidence will be present by default, because you know you are ready - no fairy dust needed!
just imagine you are face to face ,try smiling between sentances if you feel good you will be more relaxed.
