Question: An Irishman goes to the doctor.
"Doctor, I have a terrible pain in my bum"
"Oh, alright, take off your trousers and let me have a look"
"Umm ok then"
"There seems to be a ￡10 note stuck in there!"
"Pull it out!"
So the doctor pulls it out
"Oh dear! There's also a ￡20 stuck in there...and theres a ￡50 note stuck behind it!"
"Pull them all out...!!!"
So the doctor pulls out the ￡20 note, then the ￡50 note only to find plenty more notes in there. He continues to pull out random notes and after some time says
"Well, finished now, I think that's it"
"Ahh great, how much was up there do you know?"
"Exactly ￡1990"
"Ahhh, I knew I wasn't feeling too grand"
