Question: Bitten to hell by bugs on his train journey, a man wrote to the railroad chief. He got a letter back saying how distressed the chief was to learn of such a thing. He had ordered all his rolling stock to be fumigated and promised that constant monitoring would make sure that never again would such a thing be allowed to happen.
The passenger was pretty impressed until he found slip of paper in the envelope which said 'Send this guy the bug letter.'
