Who is going to live?!

Question: There is 3 prisoners and they are waiting for their executions. The judge comes along with 4 hats, 2 whites and 2 blacks.
All the prisoners were randomly given a hat when blind folded and formed a queue, one behind each other. They formed a queue of: black - white - black.
The judge says, you can live if you can guess what colour of hat you are wearing when you unblind fold yourself.
Prisoners unblind folded, 2 minutes later, the middle prisoner said he has a white hat... why?
(no mirrors, no cheats, no friends, no whispering among the prisoners)

so middle prisoner can see the person in front of him, and the last prisoner can see the front 2 prisoners hats. if the 2 prisoners were wearing the same hat color the last prisoner should've known his hat color. but since it was different the middle prisoner guessed it was the opposite color of the first prisoner since the last prisoner didn't say anything.

So lets say they are A B C

A B C
(black)(white)(black)

if B and C had black hats A would obviously know he would have a white hat. But since A sees white and black, he can be wearing one of any color. So since A didn't answer, B logically guessed that he was wearing white.

They just simply look up!

At first glance, 3rd man should be able to tell which hat he is wearing because he can see the hats of the two men in front of him. This would be the case if he saw two white hats, for example, and can safely say that he is wearing a black hat. However, there is a long silence. The two men in front of him must be wearing a white and a black hat. Then, the man in the middle (of the 3 outside) can deduce that the outside man cannot tell which hat he is wearing...which means that if the man in front of him is wearing a black hat, then the middle man knows that he must be wearing the opposite...a white hat.

because he figured that is was going into a sequence like black-white-black

because he was white the prisoners where in the queue of black and then white.
