Two hundred and seventy or so Senators/MPs to pass the income tax increase for $2000.00 per year per family to pay for the light bulb, pass legislation to create the new 15 billion dollar Ministry of Light Bulbs, and pass a 10 billion tax payer funded welfare program for light bulbs.
