Question: u need to practice because u learn something from everything u do.even Thomas Alfa Edison (the inventor of electric bulb) failed 1000 times or more.and then finally he was successful in inventing the bulb and his creation is giving us light in the dark.
by failing in an attempt u come to know what u should not do in order to succeed.
if u know something only then u can perform it better.
And nobody is perfect because nobody in this world is correct all the time except god.

It's a stupid saying and it's never true. Just ignore anyone who uses it.
It's still true but do not take it literally.
It's just a flaw in the sayings, they aren't supposed to be used together. Practice makes something just right, whether a project or learning manners. And nobody's perfect in everything, just look at Albert Einstein when he was a kid.
instead of asking smartass questions like this (well its not even yours people have asked this question time and again), do something meaningful. Atleast it will move you TOWARDS perfection.
