The blood that fills the tissue in your penis (that's why you get hard) hardens after about 4-6 hours. Once it hardened, you'd have to have a doctor cut open the tissue in your penis to remove the hardened blood. So basically, you'd be hard for life, or go through excruciating pain and reconstructive surgery to get you back to normal (mostly). So i don't recommend it!
I remember hearing that Viagra was developed from a high blood pressure medicine. If you swallowed a whole bottle I would think it would cause your blood pressure to drop enough that you might pass out
