Question: An airplane flying from L.A. to Mexico City crashes right at the border. It's a terrible disaster, and mangled people are spread over the sorrowful soil of two nations. Hundreds of volunteers on both sides of the border arrive to help. A temporary morgue is set up directly atop the border and Homeland Security is all over it trying to prevent illegal entry into the country. Some of the bodies are clearly unrecognizable, and the victims are from both countries. A challenge of course arises from this dreadful state - on which side of the border should they bury the survivors?
