It hasn't been proved when a newborn becomes a member of society, on the first breath? At the moment of breach or when the head crowns, or the inside movement of the fetus. What your really asking, at what point does a fetus, if aborted become murder.
To make things a little easy lets say to the minute; that would be when the doctor looks at clock and states DOB is--- but even at that it would not be to the second. So the correct answer would be impossible.
Guys struggle for 9 months to get out.....and spend the rest of thier lives trying to get back in......
