cool... you tried tricking us by giving us a picture of a horse tied to a rope... since you didn;t mention that the rope was tied to a post or anything... that just means that the horse is tied to a rope which isn't tied to a stationary object menaing the horse can move around freely wherever he wants to...

Only one end of the rope is tied
the other end of the rope is not tied to anything!
mabe if there is a post, the horse is on the opposite side of the post. He could travel 30 feet on a 15 foot rope and reach the hay.
