Challenge: How to Start a Secret Society?!
Question: Alright everyone, this is pretty much just for fun...
But let's get serious... Here's the question:
How does one go about starting their own secret society?
Write 5 (or however many you think it takes) "Key Steps" that one MUST do in order to successfully launch their own *Secret Society* and keep it a secret.

Write up a mission statement (but keep it secret)
Write up the heirachy list and apportion some high falootin names to each position i.e
Grand master poobah of the order of most excellent achievements.
Grand all mighty wizard of the Exchequer council on public relations etc etc etc......and make up all these names down to the lowliest rank of tyro or initiate. To have people join youll obviously need an initiation ceremony or ritual, this must test the persons character and willingness to remain loyal to the society. You must have a code of conduct, so a strict set of rules must be written up. This means that there must be some kind of punitive punishment for those who would break ranks, so if you want a really really secret society you need to have a court system or arrangement and a list of charges and punishments for transgressors.
Obviously to reach the highest rank you would have to work your way up over time, so split the society into about 30 or so levels with only the top echelon really knowing the extent of the whole organisation. If its an evil society youll need to cloak it in a viel of respectability so nobody gets wise to ya. If its a good society then theres no need to be secret bwahahahahaha.
