How do you get them across?!

Question: You are traveling with a fox, a chicken and a bag of corn. You come to a river and the only way to get to the other side is in small boat. You can only take one across at a time. If you leave the fox with chicken, the fox will eat it. If you leave the chicken with the corn, the chicken will eat it. You have no way to tie up the fox or pen up the chicken. How do you get them all to the other side of the river?

Take the chicken across, come back, take the fox across, take the chicken back, take the corn across, come back, take the chicken across

you put the fox in the bag with the corn, and carry the chicken and go!

you leave the fox with the corn then take the chicken first then you go get the corn an fox at the same time.you said you can only take one.the fox or the chicken cause the fox will eat the chicken you did not say anything about the fox eating the corn so you can take the corn with the fox.I think.well if not then i have no clue theres no other way.thats a major brain twister.ha HA ha.lol : )

P.S. feanor has a good answer.wish i would have thought of that.ha HA feelin silly.
