Funny Radio Station Gags!?!
Question: Have you ever listened to a crazy (usually morning) radio show where they play jokes on unsuspecting listeners? Like calling people up from the station etc.
What was the best one you can remember?
I was told about one where they had a contest & the prize was a new Toyota.
Some guy won it & when he went to the station to claim his prize, he was handed a brand new- Toy Yoda!
I think the dude ended up suing the station. LOL!!

Many years ago, in the states, there was a morning show out of Chicago that did prank phone calls. There was always someone in on the joke with them. They did one in particular, where they called a woman, pretending to be the husband's boss (The husband was at the radio station). They told her that her husband had been fired for being caught in the copier room with a secretary. She went ballistic and screamed "Now I'm not sorry that I slept with his brother!". Needless to say, there was a bit of dead silence, then they cut to a commercial. I don't know if anything came out of it, but I always thought that was pretty frickin' hilarious.
