How did the busdriver know that? RIDDLE?!
Question: A man wants to drive with the bus. A single bus-ticket is 30 cents, a multiple-ride ticket ( for 4 rides ) costs 1 Dollar.
The man gives 1 Dollar to the busdriver and the busdriver gives him a multiple-ride ticket.
My question to you: HOW DID THE BUSDRIVER KNOW that the man did not want a single ticket ???( the man was alone and not with friends or family )

Because he gave the dollar to him in coins.
Because he gave him a dollar in coins which is how much it is for a multiple ticket.
But If he wanted a single ticket then he would have just given it to him in coins, not a dollar in coins, so since the multi ticket costs 1 dollar and the single ticket costs 30 cents the you would have to give the 30 cents in coins, but if you had a dollar in coins then you would be inferring that you dont want a single ticket, but you want a multi ticket because you would have to give it to the driver in coins.
*STAR!* For you!=D
Buses are "exact change only"
because the rider handed over 2 quarters, 6 nickles and 2 dimes
