Just because it was a bus 'driver', it doesn't mean that he was driving. He could have been walking!

he wasnt driving! you said he was a bus driver... not driving a bus. You are allowed to walk past a stop sign and turn whatever way you want at an intersection!!

he was a passenger or,
he was walking

he could have been walking u said nothing about him being driving
