To shorten the Question:Does the doctor do what the sick doctor wants him to do?
No, because technically he's what we would call a "patient" though he is a doctor he is more of a patient at this moment. It doesn't even matter if the doctor is higher skilled doctor. So the well doctor should work on him because if he wasn't all that bad he should've stayed at home and "doctored" himself.
