i did the same answer for 1 i did a while a go.. but...
have your teacher say there is the big exams tests, or some assesment... worth 80% of your grade... on some weird subject... when the person says, since when?? tel him/her that it was told to everyone constantly... have everyone know about the prank, so when the ask others, they say it is true... your friend will start FREAKING OUT!!!!!

Paint all the toilet seats with black paint, so when someone sits down they get a black ring round thier butt.
Cling film all the toilets, cover the top with cling film, the put the seat back down.
Take some maggots in with you (You can buy them at any fishing or pet store) when you sit down for your luch, pur them onto your plate while noone is looking then shout "Yuck its full of maggots" it'll get all the girls screaming.
Stick "Kick Me" notes to all your pals backs
Do you have a statue or something, dress it up with funny cloths.
Borrow your mates phone and set his ring tone to something really annoying, then phone them in assembly or class, just make sure you put yours on silent to stop him getting his own back.
