hmm.. first we should define what fly (verb) means:
1.) To move through the air by means of wings or winglike parts. <--do you have winglike parts?
2.) To travel by air: <--well technically you could, from top of the building all the way to the ground
3.) To rise in or be carried through the air by the wind: <-- hmm i dont thing you will rise or be carried through air...
sooo.. my conclusion is.. No you wouldn't... bottom line: if you jumped out of the building, you JUMPED not FLY... lolz!
