Death. When time slows down you get depressed. You don't eat right. You don't sleep right. You don't exersise. If you smoke, you smoke more. This speeds up death.

I'm not sure it is possible to slow time, it is a man made concept.
I'd go with death, bit of a depressing riddle...oh and usually you don't come up with a riddle and then ask other people what they think the answer for it should be.
