A riddle with hats?!

Question: There are three people, all going for a job interview. All three are qualified for the job, but there is only one opening. So, all interviewees are put through one last test. They are led into a bright room with no windows. To keep conditions fair for all interviewees during the testing, there are three chairs set three meters from each other to create an equilateral triangle. All interviewees are then blindfolded and then told that the interviewer currently has four hats: three are black and one is white. He shuffles the hats and places one on each persons head and chucks away the last one. Now, the interviewee who tells the interviewer what color hat he or she is wearing the quickest will get the job. Three assistants will remove the blindfolds at the same time. But one person already knows what color hat he has before the blindfold is taken off. If all conditions are fair, how does this guy know what color hat he has? He didn't cheat/bribe/or have superpowers.

Because the hat thrown away was the white hat, therefore he MUST have a black hat, and since the conditions is fair then all of the interviewee's could have had the choice to look at the discarded hat, but chose instead to look at the hats each other were wearing?

Or the guy had the brains to take his hat off and look at it himself!

ermmmm...
a stupid assistant shouts out ''oh no one has the white hat''

or ermmm....
ratio?

no i got no idea lol

wats the answer??

he guessed?

The interviewer will have no other choice but to place all black hats to each of the interviewee's head otherwise it would not be a fair test to everyone. Whoever wears the white hat can't give the right answer as quickly as the other two.

Since you mentioned all the conditions are for all three to make it a fair test, all the hats are of the same color.

The one who told before taking off the blindfold was the smartest of all.

Merry X'mas and a happy new year!
