Well, seems that see sawed saw's seesaw first. Then, saw in retaliation sawed see's seesaw. It seems that they both could be in a heap of trouble. However, if they got a really good lawyer that knows all the "ups and downs" of seesaw laws, then either one could most likely get off without having a horribly "bumpy" ride.
