How does Batman do it?!
Question: Some things I just can't wrap my head around. I mean How does Batman respond to the Bat Signal? First of all doesn't Batman live in a Cave? If he lives in a cave how does he see the bat signal in the sky? And if Batman can somehow see the sky (maybe he has remote access to outside telescopes satellites etc) what if its not cloudy , how does the Bat signal work then?

Batman is a superhero. They have all kinds of abilities that we mere mortals know nothing about.
Maybe thats why he keeps Robin around (aside from the obvious I mean)
Robin could be keeping six for him.
