We'll when you call someone as soon as they say hello you say "have you checked the childern?" Make sure its late at night. It should freak them out. I did it to my friend once... she screamed!
Haha, I am terrible at prank calls.
My best friend and I decided we wanted to do a minor prank call. Not to a secret crush or an enemy even for that matter but just another friend of ours. At first we thought about what we wanted to say, something cheesy. We decided on saying she(our other friend) had ordered a whole bunch of pizzas and other crap and we made it EXTREMELY cheesy and played terrible music and had unidentifiable accents. Well once we finally called, we both started laughing like the weirdos we are. My best friend handed me the phone and I erupted into laughter all over again. Anyway,we hung up and decided to try again once we calmed down. Well we did and this time her mom picked up. We asked for our friend and once she came on the phone we started our routine but laughed. Again. :P Turns out she knew it was us the whole time because of caller I.D. Good old technology. ;) We had had trouble remembering the number for listing OUR number as anonymous. Basically it was lame and dumb but it was really fun and my friend and I had a really good laugh. That's all that matters. :D

At a party with a few of my friends will called one of our guy friends (who is kinda rude at times) and said:
"helllllo, you order chinese food??? i have you down for 10 egg rolls and won toooooon soup, want anything else..?"
it was so funny he was like "wtf? who" thats all we heard before we clicked off =]

when i was in the fifth grade I looked up ppl in the phone book and then asked for a different name than was listed. they would usually try to be helpful and think i was serious and be like, "No? No one lives here by that name."
How about just getting a life? Prank calls are lame. People have caller ID and won't find you amusing.
