It depends on the person whether they think it is offensive or not - my auntie is blonde and makes most of the jokes up! - usually, blondes won't find it offensive but they know that there is a steroetype of Blonde Hair, Big Boobs, No Brained bimbos, and that the jokes are based upon these very bimbos (like Paris Hilton). These jokes are rarely based upon the exact person you tell it to, as both the joke teller and the joke listener will know the blonde person doesn't fit the stereotype.
Does that make sense?
Hmm, sort of is. But many blondes I know don't care and just think of brunette jokes.

in a way funny but this one isn't.
if it's a funny joke, i laugh. it's only not funny when people say it just to put you down. (not just blonde jokes, any)

Its in the nature of most jokes that they're designed to be cruel to someone, stereotyping the most often used way.
The only real wrong is if the situation/charactersistic portrayed is believed to be truth, by either the teller or listener, then its not funny just a story. & a wrong 1 in most cases.
Laugh along with everyone else, its all in fun, not for keeps.

My blonde daughter (a Maths Graduate,parachuter,marathon athlete and mountaineer) loves blonde jokes.
I often copy email her with those on Jokes & Riddles - and she whizzes the good ones around the office.
It's dangerous to define (or limit) humour - it's a simple fact of life that what might amuse me might be offensive to my Auntie Doris - and what tickles her fancy might make me yawn.

I used to tell Aggie jokes(Aggies are students who go to Texas University at Austin Texas)and my wife loved them. Then she went to That University to study for her job, and now she hates it when I tell one. Jokes are in the mind of the beholder. And listener. I may have to go back to telling 'Little Moron' jokes not to offend ANYONE. If there are any morons out there, and believe me there are, at least they won't admit it!
