Well - it happened like this.
A frigging cat ate his pet goldfish (called Montgomerie) so he whacked the cat.
The next-door neighbour (who owned the cat called Tibbles) objected and tried to smack the boy - so he got whacked.
This infuriated the neighbour's wife - who'd been married to Frederick for 27 years - so
she also got whacked.
And then this cop turned up.....
