Question: The elderly gentleman asked his wife.
"I must be honest," she answered, "I have been unfaithful 3 times in those 50 yrs."
"Remember when we were first married and we almost lost our first home because we couldn't make the mortgage payment? Well I visited the bank and arranged for the payment to be extended by sleeping with our loan officer."
The old man was a bit set back, but agreed it was necessary to save their home.
Then, "Do you recall when you needed the heart surgery? I made similar arrangements with the Dr. to have the surgery done for free."
"Wow" the old man gasped, but "It was necessary to save my life, so it's O.K."
"The third time," she said, "Do you remember when you were campaigning to be the President of your Golf Club and you needed just 27 more votes to win?"
