Too easy... I heard this a million times. You forgot to mention that they can only cross over One at a time.
--First bring the sheep over. Then bring the grains over. Next bring the sheep back and bring the wolf over then bring the sheep over again.
-----Sean

First bring the sheep over. Then bring the grains over. Next bring the sheep back and bring the wolf over then bring the sheep over again.

farmer goes over with the sheep. drops sheep off at other side. crosses back over the river. picks up the wolf and brings it across the river. puts it on the bank. takes the sheep and crosses over the river. puts down the sheep and picks up the bag of grain. at the other side, he puts down the bag of grain and crosses the river alone. then he picks up the sheep and brings it over.VOILA! but you forgot to say he can only bring one at a time....

The farmer takes the sheep across the other side first.
Then sails back and gets the grain and brings it back to the other side.
He takes and sheep back and goes the the starting side.
He picks up the wolf while dropping off the sheep.
The farmer takes the wolf to the other side so on the side you're supposed to get to has a wolf and the bag of grain while the sheep is still on the other side.
He travels back and picks up the sheep and brings him to the other side.

Now the wolf, sheep, and bag of grain are on the other side with nothing being eaten. :D

Hard!

first the farmer takes the sheep over to side B. so side A has the wolf and grain and side B has the sheep. the farmer comes back to side A empty handed. he brings the wolf over to side B and takes the sheep back to side A. then he takes the grain over to side B and leaves the sheep behind. then he comes back for the sheep and it is complete!

that was very easy!

the farmer lures the sheep with the grain and the sheep follows and then the wolf follows the sheep
