I'll explain it: upon looking at the numbers, you notice that they are all prime numbers. Also, when you flip them you get 16, 196, 784, 1024. All of those numbers are perfect squares. So the next number that is prime and is a perfect square when flipped is 9631. When flipped it is 1369, which is a perfect square. Therefore, the answer is 9631.
