No. Physically impossible. The nose is just a cover of cartilage for the nasal cavity, the same as the ear, and does not have any support. If you tried to even lift someone by putting your two fingers in their nose, the weight of their body would rip the cartilage off before you got their feet off the ground. Do not believe anything you see TV wrestlers do, it is all staged and choreographed.

there's a very senstive part just under the nose, if you can get the person in a headlock and put pressure there, you can make them dance like a puppet.
